We could not do it without them. Yet with so many families coping with prolonged illnesses, we can always use more hands and hearts. From book clubs, church groups and coworkers interested in sharing the experience to retired persons with lots of free time to busy parents looking for an altruistic family endeavor that's flexible, we appreciate whatever time you have to help. When it comes to bringing a smile to a sick child, it only takes a moment to make a difference for a lifetime.
