Toys“R”Us Canada is giving back to seriously ill children in more ways than one

/

What do 3-Minute Dashes, nationwide hospital grants and programs, Starlight Bears and an Annual Star Campaign all have in common? The amazing Toys“R”Us Canada.

Their Let’s Play Canada mantra doesn’t only apply to their customers. As committed community leaders, their passion for creating joy and laughter extends into charity efforts that support seriously ill children and their families. Now in our 21st year of partnership, this year is no different, and Starlight Canada continues to be extraordinarily grateful for all that they do (which is a lot!).

3-Minute Dashes

This year, 10 seriously ill children from coast-to-coast were randomly selected to participate in the 3-Minute Dash! With their families and Captain Starlight by their side, children of all abilities and conditions race down the aisles of their local Toys“R”Us Canada store and grab all the toys they possibly can in 3 minutes!

Catch a glimpse into some of the fun and priceless memories that Toys“R”Us Canada has created this year alone for Starlight children here.

11th Annual Toys“R”Us Canada Grant Tour

Now in its 11th year, this grant tour program has raised over $1 million dollars, and allows each of their 83 store locations across Canada to donate a portion of the funds directly to a local children’s hospital!
