Applying to become a Starlight child is a rather simple process! We kindly ask that you help us better understand your child and the rest of your family dynamic by completing the Medical Professional Form and filling out our Starlight Family Survey.

Hospital Wish List
Provide emotional and mental health support to hospitalized kids in your community with this one-of-a-kind gifting platform. The first of its kind in Canada, this online platform that lets you see the live needs of Starlight Canada’s programs as requested by over 100 hospital partners.
